Things not worth learning the hard way:
- Know what guarantees a sale before you build it.
- Keep your highs low, and your lows high.

- Trust your people and give them freedom to do it their way.
- The moment you stop talking about your dream is the end of your dream.
- A dream without a plan, is a wish.
- "What's next?" is the most important question you can ask.
